Nouveau Happy Inn is a relatively new hotel. The roon size with bathroom attached are quite big. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast included was good and the staff there are very friendly.

Great location, Zest Spa across the street does great massages!
Water pooled up on the bathroom floor, and leaked from the room above mine.

The bathroom tile wasn't sloped correctly and water would pool up in front of the sink. I also noticed water dripping from the room above mine in the bathroom.

We loved this hotel. We arrived on an early flight and our room wasn't ready but they gave us another room to rest in until it was ready. It has been newly renovated and is very nice and modern with a western feel (tub and shower in our room etc). The breakfast was good with a good selection. The hotel was super clean with daily maid service. The owners were often on hand and very helpful. When we arrived we had with us a broken down computer. Henry (the owner) went out of his way to try to help us get it fixed, including hopping on his motor bike to go to the shop where I had left it to ensure they were legit and were not going to rip me off. We are going to recommend this hotel to everyone we meet throughout Vietnam.

Location quite good, it was clean, comfy beds and great shower. Good enough breakfast as you get offered fruit and cereals, not just plain bread with cheese/jam!
Some staff cant speak good english, one of the computers in the lobby doesnt work well, laundry is expensive.

We have booked Superior Room and we got room on the 1st floor, which shared the wall with Karaoke bar. The bar stopped operating at 12.00am. The breakfast was also quite poor.

Good location, not far from popular city attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a nice view in the upper floors. Friendly and helpful staff.
Limited time frame for breakfast, starting at 7am.
